SERVICE

Ducted Reverse Cycle Units

Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners need very little maintenance, however there is still some issues that may arise. Our qualified technicians have many years experience and are here to help.

The return air grilles you will find in your ceiling require regular cleaning when the air conditioning unit is in use. We recommend cleaning these once a month and this is something most home owners can attend to themselves, however if you would like one of our friendly staff to assist you, we are happy to do so.

You simply turn the unit off, pull the filter out, vacuum and place back in. If you notice the filter material beginning to wear, it is very IMPORTANT you have this replaced to ensure dust does not get into the indoor unit and cause major problems. If you bring your filters into our office, we can replace the filter material for you.

By keeping the return air filters clean, you are making sure your air conditioner is working to it’s most efficient capacity.
